I'm guessing this is not really tailored for households? ReadyTemp is excellent for household hot and cold water pipes to prevent freezing.

Houston is going to be at a below freezing and I just finished wrapping the incoming water pipe with a sample a salesman gave me. Will keep the piping from freezing. I need to see if Raychem has a market for the homeowner using the same product.

What would happen if the leads were hooked up wrong on 240v self reg? If someone put a hot lead to the ground shield and ground to one lead?

Hello, does anyone know how it is affected when going from outdoor temperatures to inside a basement does it increase current flow to the colder section?
