Since childhood actually (lol, I’m old 🥲) And yes, I agree with you, their friendship sure is wholesome 😭💕 Fun fact: Shadow and Maria's creator actually loves this ship! 👀 He has stated multiple times he even really enjoys shadaria fans making fanart about them and also retweets it pretty frequently
