Good evening ladies, I watch you daily Aunt Kizzy. I am in the process of waiting to get my Cage code as well as entry to Unison and local and state. I sign up and just waiting for emails. My question is , what is the best type of insurance to go with if you are doing the middleman strategy? Can you do a video on the insurance needed to keep your business in compliance and protected. That’s the most important question . You can 1 million dollar in sales or contacts but what’s the net profit margin . 10% at least

If they just cut the grass without doing anything extra hourly that's 250 a month I'd get for a year. Insurance is cheap. I only pay like 50 bucks a month. 250 is better than 0. Don't be greedy on your first contract

Biggest question should be did you get a license to work in Ohio? Fid you have to create an LLC for Ohio? Did they cared if you were an out of state Prime?

For federal contracts they require a physical address. You can get away with a virtual address with some state and local contracts

One of the biggest things I've learned here so far is that the contract officers are a giant pain in the butt, and create hoops you need to jump through for no reason. Lol I guess it makes sense because they are all government workers though.

@@sparklemcpherson1794 I think so. It puts opportunities in front of you fast and opportunities that are tailored to you by keywords. I know there are many services out there, but RFPDelivery is straightforward even for the technology hopeless. I made the mistake of joining GovDirections before signing up for their direct service RFPDelivery. I think RFP delivery is more user friendly… I believe they are the same price for the same type of service.
