Hey Melinda, this is a great testimonial to why strategy is oh-so-important! Do you think that when you spend dedicated and focussed time with the client working through who their dream customer is, and what their vision and their mission is, that it actually helps them to create the bullseye in their mind which, in turn, makes it easier for us designers to hit? Could it be that, up until you do the workshop with them, they don't really have a clear idea themselves and so when they see your design it just makes so much sense?
