Shyne was born in Belize and brought to NYC as a child. It's a shame his parents didn't get his paperwork done to become a US citizen. That way, after his felony conviction he wouldn't have been deported back to Belize. If anyone has kids born in a foreign country who's not a US citizen, their parents are doing them a disservice by not taking care of their citizenship at an early age.

Shyne has always been an exemplary young scholar. You could tell from the way he carried himself in his music and the way he spoke. A true gent.

Big released his first album when he was 22 and the second with 24. Shyne Po released his first album when he was 19/20 but still people and the midia comparing him with big. Big became what he is today also because of the album ( Life after death ) because of the heavy packet of investiment and support: Double album, budget $, featurings like: JAY Z, RUN DMC, FOXY BROWN, THE LOX, R.KELLY, BONE THUGS-IN HARMONY and many others, promotion etc ). Shyne Po became one of the greatest rapper of all the time pretty much because of his incomparable talent. There's a big difference.
