These are all things I've always done naturally without coaching. It doesn't matter who I am talking with, I act the same and it garners true respect. Men know not to play with me and women might want more time with me because I'm not playing games. Just being authentic matters.

This is me commenting as im watching the video......but if its anything like me, a sigma is reserved around women. The woman has to show me attention because im not shoeing them attention. As they're showing me attention im studying them, and if they don't show me something worth pursuing then im not going to be interested.

i have sigma fiancee... its insane she pays so much attention to my microexpressions and where i look that she always know what i want before i ask her... in the other hand she notice patterns in my speech and instantly knows that im not telling her everything... (not that im lying to her just skip the parts that are waste of time or are boring). im aware of her habits sometimes i troll her - that usually backfires cuz she gets so invested and worried ;] after few months of living together i noticed that my bathroom products are in front on shelves and asked did she put them there and why since she is using some hers more often than i do... she said she dont want me to get upset on small things like accidently drop her stuff while i reach for my own... she blew my mind that day... shes amazing...

This breeds are new to me and didnt even know these exists. I know about the alpha and beta but never put any attention to it because i dont see myself in that. To tell you the truth i see myself more of a sigma not because they say thats its a rare breed but i really do see myself on sigma traits.

@@PK-xu7gu I wouldn't go as far as to say you couldn't become sigma. However, you definitely do not become one overnight. Life's progression transforms your mind, and depending on how it goes, negative or positive, your life experiences determine if you will be or not.
Your born this way , it's not learned behaviors but something internal at the core of your psyche. You can only learn to mimic the behaviors not to become one. These things feel like DUH common sense. If you have to have them explained your not a Sigma. No more than you can identify as a dolphin, you can only mimic swimming similar to one.
Just be you. You cannot become something you aren't. If you're an alpha or a beta, embrace it. Women can see through a fake sigma for what they truly are. Mostly this is my natural behavior. My advice to guys is to have standards and boundaries. Kissing butt and agreeableness is not in your interest. That's not to say to intentionally be disagreeable for the sake of doing so. If you disagree, disagree. Have your own interests. Don't be something other than who you are. Be real and have the requirement that she be too. Demonstrate respect and demonstrate that you will be respected too. Listen, observe, seek to understand. Get to know who she REALLY is. If things aren't lining up well enough, move along. She's one woman and there's lots of options. Seek a woman that wants YOU and doesn't need something other than what you're offering to a potential relationship.

A sigma doesnt wanna be the best version of himself, but just appear smart/strong/friendly enough to avoid conflict or competition. Theyre weasles and pretenders. And therefore obviously not born that way, in most cases, a Sigma is a failed gamma or delta personality, who got sick and tired of taking whats left on the table for him/her.

Im a genuine sigma not because its blowing up and becoming mainstream. I find these videos on personality types 90% accurate. However I view these types not in a box but on a spectrum with some overlap. Many of these videos use too many absolutes but are very fascinating. I also believe the human mind is incredibly powerful and people who are encouraged to possess these sigma traits can learn them, harness them and become a sigma. 🙏

My ex fiancee used to tell me that she were so deeply in love with me because I have been comprehending her and her intentions entirely all the times, I even accepted her choice to break up with me. Love is a choice and not a "feeling" but most women completely miss that today. So, she walked away from a good man because he loved her, but didn't make her "tingle." Yep - good luck with that.
