Words of wisdom here, for sure. It was years coming, but I'm finally divorced from my narcissist wife, after 14 years of abuse from her, including constant drama, alcoholism and promiscuity. The best weapon a sigma male has against a narcissist is silence. Period. Narcissists LOVE attention so dismiss yourself and withhold your attention sig.
This is all fine and dandy if one is aware of the techniques of manipulation narcissists use. In my case, I wasn't aware, and the narc was an utter sex-bomb. In that regard I'd rate her a 13 on a scale of 1-10. And just because a guy may be Sigma doesn't mean he's not highly charged and attracted to such things. So I fell for it, and only years later was I even introduced to the basic psychological constructs of the Cluster B personality types, in which narcissism (NPD) resides. Seems that narcissists are born knowing how to manipulate their prey using the full array of tools (they ALL share them), but Sigmas are not necessarily born with the intrinsic knowledge and discernment required to recognize such personality types. Just my own perspective, for what it's worth...
actually we work good together taking in account the need of attention as a resource i do not need attention she does i am the source she be the consumer so i use positive /negative conditioning for the right /wrong behaviour the source controls the flow and the cost not the consumer
The first thing is to avoid narcissistic women. Do not date them. Do not marry one. Do not have children with one Examine your childhood to find what attracts you. If married, get out asap. Your mental and physical health are at stake.
Guys, who's actually the sigma is? I don't understand at all. Could you please provide strict definition? Cause wiki shows some garbage instead. You say a lot how powerful, confident and smart sigmas are but in some videos you say how they fall victims of narcissists. The next series of videos are how sigmas outsmart narcissists. After watching several of your different vids I don't understand anything at all. How confident and smart people easily detecting manipulators are easy prey of manipulators?
Only a Sigma understands, you have nothing to worry about. These type of videos are for people mainly yet to discover an identity that has puzzled them for most of their lives. If you don't identify anything of yourself then you are perfectly clear to move onto other content.
Hmmm don't be confused sir. If you're allowing these videos to make you feel confused about who YOU are..chances are you aren't "sigma". These videos aren't so much about "validation" for a sigma but developing an understanding about their lives. Don't let these vids frustrate you or shape your character.
Guys, thank you for the answers. I am just wondering who is sigma and who isn't. And still can not get to the point. There are several people, whom I know, showing single traits of sigmas: independent thinking, independent interactions with other people. They are both men and women. Their leadership and self-esteem range from like confident beta to broke omega. Their intelligence - from average Joe to kinda smart. None of them shows enigmatic charisma, mentioned in many videos. What are the chances to find sigma one among people I know?
