It depends on what country you are in, and if there are laws preventing or regulating the use of SIP. From a technological standpoint, I would try different things: 1. Get your ISP to not block SIP. 2. Get a new ISP. 3. Find a SIP provider that has worked with that ISP and knows how to work together. 4. Work with the SIP provider to tunnel SIP through something like a GRE or VPN tunnel. 5. Bring the SIP trunk into a datacenter where you rent a rack and set up your own tunnel.

The scenario is PABX is connected to CPE and CPE is connected to MPLS network with 3 links. First Link=Micrwave (Active) 2nd Link=Fibre (Passive) 3rd Link=Microwave (Passive) If Active link goes down then how can we dynamically transfer it to passive link,so it will become active. Is it possible through SIP? Please explain ?
