Love the edits man, your killin the game!! and grats on the 10K! Would love to see you do a vid on some intermediate stuff, riding switch, board slides, surface 180's etc
John Crudden thanks so much John. I'm stoked! Yeah absolutely. Going to hopefully do a video opening people eyes up to riding switch more next week. But yeah, I'll keep them coming!
I love your videos you always make me laugh😂 i wish they were abit longer so i can enjoy more but i know thats hard to do. But love what you do keeping making videos. You need to try another cable contest again🔥
Blaine Palmer Blaine, I'm so stoked too. And it's gathering more and more momentum now which has me smiling from one ear to another all day at the moment!
David! Thanks for another good upload, your pain was our pleasure :) You film this back home in Ireland? Bit surprised to see the full length wetsuits mid-July still! ...and everyone sitting on the dock in jackets..time for some summer baby!
Boris Martin haha 'your pain was our pleasure' 😂😂😂. Thank you tough. And yeah, it's cold again in July in Ireland hahah. Well like it's unpredictable. One day it 12 degrees, the next 25 hahah
David, a quick fix for sciatica relief: get a tennis ball- put ball on/against wall/floor depending on desired pressure- position ball along gluteal (including UPPER) muscle (buttocks)- roll around on ball to COMPLETELY roll-out gluteal muscles (all 3-each side equally)- you can use larger/smaller, softer/harder balls as needed- don't forget to stretch glutes before AND after procedure (carefully, don't "knot" glutes). This will soften gluteal muscles and reduce the pinching of the sciatic nerve levitating that tingling/numbing effect. I'm an LMT/wakeboarder in Florida. P.S.- do this privately, who knows what people might think seeing you do this. Good luck
Great Stuff Dave - I know this is a couple of years ago but with your Ciatic Nerve flare ups & many jumps have you thought about a Chiropractic Adjustment. They work wonders ...
I'm thinking of starting cable (never done wake boarding.) any advice for me as a beginner who knows nothing? i'll probably do lessons at the place but what should i do regarding equipment? cheers
unreal, yeah, i'd say do a lesson to help learn to get up and going. Then Re equipment. most places that do lessons have good rental equipment, that's about all you need. Enjoy!
beginner rider here! love your vid dude, dope moves! i've had three sessions on a cable 2 and another on the big one with 6 corners....i dont know what that systems called....hannhams wakehub for the win! but yea your vid brings big smiles to my face lolz
seen a couple of your videos and just started wakeboarding last year. Definitely not a hotshot yet lol. I was wondering what life jacket and suit you got on. I'm looking to buy one and would think you would have tried a few by now to know whats best.
Ya David I hear ya but I feel like that little bit of speed is the big difference of getting more pop. I feel like there's more drag the slower you go. Thanks so much for the feedback!!
Fruit Face thanks so much. Delighted you like the channel. Favourite trick is just an I grabbed blind 180. Like doing it off a kicker, a slider or on the boat. It just feels so fun! 😊😊
Hey I know this is so late, but i’m not good with the 1-10 speed system. At exactly which number would you be going the same speed as a cable system for beginners.
isn't 144cm one of the largest boards you can get? at 185 lbs - is this the board you will use all the time or will you move down to a smaller one for other challenges? do you usually ride large boards?
Edward Cotton yeah it's quite large, but on the cable I think personally it's nice to be on something slightly bigger. But on the boat I only ride 138. I'll probably keep riding this size on the cable for a while 😊
If you have sciatica then you should do incline interval sprints on the treadmill or Hill Sprints outside. I used to have sciatica bad and it comes from sitting down too much. You probably or in front of the computer a lot editing your videos. If so, this one simple change of adding some interval sprints for about 15 minutes per day will change everything
