I remember I was doing a triple threat with Sheamus, Mysterio, and Kane. Rey went for the 619 on Kane, he staggered back after the impact, and Rey jumped for the springboard. Sheamus came out of nowhere and hit a Brouge Kick on Rey as he was flying. I lost that match but HOLY!!

Definitely one of my favorite SVR games and wrestling games overall. I played it on a PSP emulator and it was great and I was heartbroken when the TLC match physics were nerfed

AN HOUR?!? I’d thought it be longer! 😅 Very well done video! SvR 2011 was a great game & very ahead of it’s time! I used to play it on the ps3 with my dad alot & last year, I went back & played some of the universe mode on the ps2 version. Undertaker & Rey Mysterio became a tag team & Rey turned on him the very next night. Random, yes. But the was fun & at the end of the day, that’s all that really matters. Also, Luke Gallows theme is backwards. It says “Will you be my massacre?” which was in fact the theme song for WWF St. Valentine’s Day Massacre.

The physics and the RTW sold me on this game. Lots of missing moves from previous games, but setting up spots in this game is so fun.

i never had a chance to get to play it on a new gen console at the time as i had the wii, but man let me tell you it was still an absolute blast and really was my favorite wrestling game

I remember when me and my brother finally got this game for Christmas when it came out after my first wwe game was 2010. We were absolutely blown away with all of the features and the RTWM! Amazing video🙌🏻

I loved hearing the story about how the game really turned you over into being a fan. My earliest memories are very hazy but I recall seeing the mini U.S. spinner title on a friend's floor back in like 2003. At some point after that I had the games - WM XIX, Day of Reckoning, SvR06, probably 07 was my era. I had so many figures (and doing my commentary on their matches), still hold on to my New Year's Revolution 2006 and Taboo Tuesday DVDs etc.. posters in my room, WWE magazines my god I wish I hung onto all the rest of that now lol! Then for whatever reason I remember having 2010 or 2011 but nothing fond about it. The last show I watched for a while was that 1/4/10 Impact. I don't know why that put me off in general maybe I was getting more into sports so I ditched wrestling?? Two years later I vividly can picture myself looking up wrestler's real names on Wikipedia and breaking the 4th wall. Idk what did it for me, guess I was wondering what the roster was like? I'd be watching a weekly wrestling commentary show and turning full-blown smark at 14 😂😂Now that I think of it, I've been in the know for twice as long as not by now. newLEGACYinc playing WWE '12 made it look so fun that I ended up getting the game even though I had no one to play it with. In a way it sucks we can't be that non-jaded kid anymore although knowing what's going on does come with its enhanced appreciation. I'm happy we have creators including yourself who keep up the legend of their favorites ('06 and DoR1 are the top for me until I go through them all again) and share what it was like down to the intricacies. You being able to sit down to play it over again with similar feelings gives me hope. And honestly your RtWM videos had me thinking of ranking as many of the season/Road storylines as I can get through

The only flaw from svr 11 was the cut stars like Hurricane, Carlito, and Tommy Dreamer, those would have been insane to play as If they can have RVD (who was in TNA at the time) be in this, why not those ones?

I don’t even care what people say about it this game being mid or bad, this game had a great universe mode, best Road To WrestleMania mode, best TLC physics, and freedom. This game was great. But how the hell do you control where you can give the last ride to your opponent to go through tables and ladders?
