This looks like such an amazing game, as a concept i cannot way to try to see how I will impact the world, I just hope my people will like my ruling 😅😅 Keep up the good work!
Either players give to get, meaning they choose to delay a military development to improve worker quality (for example), OR it's just a rich-get-richer system (which is realistic, but not great for gaming). I feel that some of this isn't scaled properly. In a game about world conquest, who cares about local beverage preferences in Village C?
