Can I just buy land and install a lot of solar panels to make passive income? I'm serious about doing this I am a Electrical Engineer by degree and want to get into this market.
There are opportunities for utility scale solar companies to lease your land for a system. Typically it's not something an individual could do on their own for several reasons. @@darrellyoder Our selling schedule varies by state. We sell OH and VA once per year. Then MD, NJ, and PA twice per year. The taxes would fall under the year you receive the payment.
