Water broke over night at 36w2d. Was “trickling” by 7am. I went to doctor at 9am. Before going to hospital i went home and got my husband (15 minutes away) stopped at wendys (🤫), checked on the kids grabbed my bag and went to the hospital within an hour or so. Doctor appointment at 10:30 or 11:00. I got to the hospital by 1:00. Induced at 2:30. Had baby at 8pm. Yay my mommy sense said an hour wouldnt hurt but listen to your docta!
I am father of one year old, and we are expecting another baby. During our pregnency, we got lots of valueable advice from Dani. She actually served as my Dr. Mom. I am really grateful.. Thank you Nurse Dani..😀😀
I'm 35+5 in the morning my waters just broke in the middle of the night I am waiting for a response from my midwife. No pain at all but my baby is very big allready estimated over 7lbs at the growth scan a week ago!! I am resting and waiting to be told what to do next wish me luck if anyone ever sees this!!
@@kikiriki466 well it has been an interesting week. My baby came at 35 weeks, I was covid posotive in an isolation room at our local hospital (no idea I had it untill there test came back) and I gave birth in the wrong part of the hospital in 24 minutes without my partner there, and not even gas and air. She was 6lbs 7 dropped to 5 lbs 13 and now at 10days old weighs 6lbs 3 so she's done pretty well. Her problems were more to do with being abit early then gestational diabetes, or covid etc. I had the steroid injection after my waters went and then was going to be induced on the Sunday but she decided she didn't like that plan. Anyway after 10 days in hospital 7 of those after baby was born! We are all now at home ❤️
With my last baby my water broke at 5am and then contractions started a few hours later and my baby was born at 7pm! Im now 40 weeks with my third baby and hope it goes the same way so I have time to get to hospital!
Wow!! I have no pain my waters broke a few hours ago 😅😅 This happened last time aswell. My First 2 waters got broken at the hospital! My 3rd and this time my waters broke outside of hospital with no pain at all. I am really nervous now ❤️
With 3 of my kids my water broke around 8 cm well into labor but with my son my water broke 26 hours before my first contractions even started. Crazy how different labors do different things
just a human being I had a home birth, so I called the midwife to give them a heads up, but we were just waiting for things to progress. Labor started on its own and it only 3 hours long after that.
Can you please do a video on pelvic pressure I'm 37weeks and I'm having really bad pelvic pressure every since I'm was 30weels or so please give some advice
nikkilama00 for both my son and daughter they broke my water at the hospital they are 6 yrs apart.. I go into labour and loose my mucus plug the same day and just before I have them they broke it.. Because I was fully dilated.. I'm having my third in October, but who knows what'll happen lol
nikkilama00 my midwife actually refused to break my water. It broke on its own when I was 9cm dilated. I gave birth and Germany and according to her it's not a common practice there unless absolutely necessary.
I dreaded that. I had it done twice and i hated it. But i had a pprom and miscarried on my third. We got pregnant again and i was again worried about having the uncomfortable procedure of having water broken. The night before it broke on its own i went into a weird panic. I was flooded with thoughts of how it would all be, would my epidural work, would i get a spinal headache again, would my IV hurt, and omg i dont want him to break my water. I silenced my mind.. told myself trust them and take it as it comes and the next morning at 36w2d my water had broken on its own 😳 I’m still in shock of how that happened and he’s 2 months old. Absolutely the easiest labor of all of them too! Everything went off without a hitch
My water broke with my first I was in early labor(contracting every 15-20 mins) walking up to labor and delivery. I was only one centimeter dilated but strep b positive so needed pitocin to speed things up because of that so I was admitted. Will my water break with this pregnancy in early labor ?
i don't think driving by myself after water breaks is a good idea, right? Should I wait for my husband to get home then go to the hospital together (it takes 1 hour together)?
I drove myself for my 2 labor and deliveries, and I drove myself home too. I've always told people im pregnant not disabled so i kept on doing my daily life routine. Just do what you want for you and baby.
can you do a video on vbac inductions my Dr told me she will give me a membrane sweep at 39weeks to help me with labour... Is that all them then can do to induce me since this will be my forth child but second vbac.
My bf works at a prison and works 12 hours shifts and the closest hospital that does deliver doesn’t take my insurance so the second closest is an hour away and we’re concerned if I can make it
Contractions feel like severe period cramps(like 10x) and can make you feel nauseous. The pain can be felt in your lower back/lower abdomen and can go down into your thighs and sometimes arms too.
I'm 37 weeks and went to hospital im 2cm dilated and my contractions were 2 to 3 min apart but Dr gave me something for pain. and they went away is this normal
@@summaiyarobi4915 my water broke yesterday went to the hospital and im understand doctors care coz still no labour pain .....but i believe by the grace of God ill deliver safely n a healthy bby
