How about we tax the biggest polluting businesses in the state to pay off all the student lunch money. For all the talk about caring for kids in the state they do as little as they have to towards helping them.
I don't drink often, but I will never give away free money towards the homeless industrial complex. Look at Colorado and see how that went for for them.
Tax corporations properly, tax the churchs for their resource consumption, leagalaize a recreational commodity and a service like gambling. Offset all these costs. What taxes do you think they'll raise once income tax is cut for citizens yet it being 75% of public education funds?
