At near noon Escanor was continental as he Estaroza was blitzed by Ecanor which blitzing requires at least a 5×'s multiplier. The Demon King fought a much stronger Escanor in the Ultimate the One form. Their power has to bare minimum planetary, by feats of course.
It's no where continental level let alone planetry if it was then during the one vs demon king blow trade off atleast countries would have been annihilated but that didn't happen nothing happen to be honest they aren't continent level at all. In fact at night, Escanor's power can rival Estarosa, the strongest of the 10 commandments at the time, which if Galand scaled above countries(he can bust island in 1 blow so he could destroy countries in multiple blows) then Estarosa who could push back Escanor with armor certainly would be continental. If Meliodas without his power scales around a mountain buster with a decent blade then with his power back at 30K would be a country buster, in fact he destroyed an entire country in his past just by screaming.
Some inconsistencies: Madara is not Moon level. Toneri was able to split the moon with an attack and kcm2 sage naruto one shot him. It can be argued that kcm2 sage is planetary cus he was able to buff the entire alliance and gave each of them 3× kakashi chakra and kakashi has enough chakra to fight mid tier akatsuki members and akatsuki members are all atleast able to take on 1k shinobi with the mid tiers more likely being in the 2k-3.5k range which means that kcm2 naruto alone buffed the entire alliance by thousands of times. There were ~100000 shinobi who signed up for the war and they were split into 5 equal divisions and the only one that really suffered heavy losses was the 4th division cus of Madara SUMMONING A METEOR FROM PROBABLY THE ASTROID BELT. TWICE. CASUALLY. Which means that naruto kcm2 buffed nearly 80000 shinobi by thousands of times their own chakra. And when he stacked sage mode on it, he was able to seriously injure juubito (and I know this is because of nature energy but he had to have put a ton of chakra in it in the first place because of juubito's durability and it's not like you can one shot juubito by throwing a leaf at him). Juubito was then able to weird the weapons if the SO6P which were said to carve out the earth. Juubito also summoned a god tree and the trees roots grew so fast that it was comparable to lighting in speed and in high estimates was measured at about 2000km and it did that almost instantly. This juubito was them later outdone by might Guy who was so powerful his presence began to bend space time cus of gravity which would make him atleast as heavy as a planet and one travelling at 6000 m/h atleast cus you have to travel atleast that fast to use morning peacock and night guy would be far superior to morning peacock. So Madara got hit by a human as heavy as planet travelling 6000 m/h and he survived it pretty casually cus he was laughing like a maniac afterwards. Then a base SO6P mode naruto came and kicked away a truth seeking orb, made guy a new heart and almost killed Madara with one attack and then 2 rinnegan Madara at full power was able to take on naruto and sasuke and 3 eyed madara would be above that. So because of this, I believe that 3 eyed madara is large planetary++ and maybe even beyond that being below the combined fp of naruto and sasuke. Isshiki isn't low planetary. Isshiki was stated multiple times to be the strongest opponent naruto and sasuke have ever faced so his attack potency would be above universal. Kaguya after launching the Expansive Truth Seeking Orb was exponentially stronger than her previous self who was exponentially stronger than 3 eyed madara. She was also about to destroy her whole dimension which was stated numerous times to be Universe sized and it's likely this isn't a mistranlation because we can see a star inside the realm and a moon so it can't be planet or world sized and with people like kcm2 sage naruto probably being planetary or small planetary, it wouldn't make sense for her dimension would drain so much of her chakra. And yes, she created these dimensions which does make her universal+ as she can create multiple. Momoshiki is then stated to be able to absorb the entire power of a dimension and in his fused state is atleast approaching kaguya's tier if not surpassing it. It's just how the plot functions so deal with it. Jigen is then blatantly atleast twice as strong as fused momo if not more cus momo lost to a ½ power naruto and a less than half power sasuke (cus sasuke teleported 6 people to momoshiki's dimension and just teleporting himself takes ⅓ of his chakra) and jigen beat a full power naruto and a ⅔ power sasuke. Isshiki is stated to be far above jigen in power level which would put him far above that universal+ tier. So his attack potency is far above universal. It's just how the plot works and kishimoto even admitted so scaling down the fights to mainly taijutsu in boruto to prevent Universe hopping to continue a fight. Deal with it Boros is not small planetary. He's atleast star level as his base is stated to be planetary so the translator thought that in his limit broken Form, he would be star level and considering the new feats for garou and saitama, this makes sense. Garou isn't small planetary. His punch when colliding with saitama's was able to destroy 100s of millions of stars and that wasn't even his upper limit. He might even be approaching universal. God would be far above saitama and garou so probably atleast universal if not universal+ Cell was universal. Juren is far above that. He fought and almost defeated MUI Goku who was said to be stronger than all the destroyers and be able to surpass TIME ITSELF. Beerus and Goku is SSJG almost destroyed the entire Dragon Ball macrocosm with their fight which includes 8 separate Universe sized bodies atleast with some stated to be infinite in size. SSJG was doing that. Jiren is far above universal Black Frieza was able to one shot Gas who was stronger than both Goku and Vegeta and he was able to one shot both Goku and Vegeta. Both of whom were using their ultimate forms and who were far superior to MUI goku and they were at full power because manaito just healed them. He also trained in a time chamber for 10 years which for reference, he grew from namek saga level which is weaker than the androids to SSJB level in 4 MONTHS. AND HE JSUT TRAINED FOR 10 YEARS. You know, J Guevara's technique allows him to use the surface below him completely, the force travels through his body which also enhances him to a same level. Essentially making him as strong as Earth and able to strike with it. Oliver while in mid air giving Guevara the advantage, blitz & one shoted Guevara. This puts Yujiro is far beyond planetary. Same concept with Kaku Kaio's shaori which is the most powerful defense and J Guevara's technique is the most powerful offense. Oliver proved no technique, even the most powerful offense works in him. Yujiro proved there is no defense even the most powerful is enough to survive a single strike from his serious demon back punch. Kaku created the ultimate defense technique by dying before being killed, as that's the only sure way to cheat a fight which is what techniques are. You could argue that shaori uses the opponents strikes to enhance your power to a level beyond the surface you're standing in. J Guevara stated and it was literally shown he literally affected the world and even controlled the weather at one time. Oliver stuck J Guevara with enough force it was felt globally. Even affected satellites in space. Only USA & Japan know if Oliver so how could it have affected the entire planet otherwise. We only have knowledge of around 30% of the Earth. How could have been global without the rest of the world even the places outside of human reach. It's literally shown multiple times Baki was Tiger level to Yasha Ape level to Train level to Missile level to Nuclear level to Tectonic to Planetary currently even higher. It's not that hard if you pay attention. Kaios literally had to go surpass the previous Kaios feats to become a Kaio. So many Kaios surpassed their previous selfs which those feats alone should be several times above the mountain carving feat from a young Dorian Kaio. Btw All the fighters in the 100 year Chinese tournament are each beyond those FEATS and a dying & sick Baki wasn't even scratched by a candidate Kaio that was deemed more impressive than Retsu Kaio in the Maximum tournament. @@lawlietto4736 Actually Kaku Kaio stated that fighters can casually move their limbs at mach 78, which Katsumi a legendary fighter should be at least twice this at mach 156 then Kaku Kaio regarded to a higher degree would be a minimum of twice that at mach 312. Keep in mind in the 2000s the USA made laser CASUALLY travel 310×'s the speed of light. Yujiro scales to this as he was stated to be beyond the entire USA potential which includes all the USA will ever possess and be us not even close to Yujiro's current power. This includes the USA weapons and it's technology from the future as well, the people and all it again will ever possess.
