Blade should get more exposure since his movie was one of the foundation movie before the MCU every came into being. Big ups to Blade and his movie that coming out in 2022 .

Same thing I said About Blade, Spawn, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, (Hercules and Xena also have a show but not MCU). It truly bring out the classic the good vs evil theme as many superhero lines start back then. It will make sense too all the crazy madness happening to the MCU while everything happening at the same time. You got Mutants, (cross breeding or genetic coding experiments on any living being), mystical being, aliens, freaks, deformed, vampires, parasites, cyborgs, cosmic beings, elemental beings, celestial beings, creatures of the night, ghost/Paranormal activity, Demons/Devils, magic/ancient being, outter dimensional Beings (and maybe interdimensinal beings, look up Rick and Morty you know what I am talking about)) ,and even gods and some demi-gods

Your absolutely right. Blade was the REASON both MARVEL and the MCU were even successful to begin with. Bias fans give Kevin feige all the credit, beacuse a lot of new fans dont understand how much hard work and planning went into Marvel Comics and Blade the movie. Wesley Snipes deserves much more than the bread crumbs MCU will give him, but hes a humble man too. Multiple degree black belt, co wrote all the fight scenes and made sure the movie was using the source material correctly. There is no actor today, who has left an imprint on a MARVEL film like Wesley. RDJ was a great Tony and the closest to impact. But the MCU changed Tony Stark dramatically to fit a hero complex that helped his role catapult into legend. Tony iss supposed to be the bad guy by the end of Civil War the movie. but again they made sure to make 3 Ironman movies even though 2 were basura. Its a running Bias the MCU and Hollywood has towards Black leads characters.

Man, I've always loved Blade, mainly due to the first two Wesley Snipes movies. A shame Marvel completely squanders him and makes him look like a joke. It may be just me, but I don't think Blade really works as an Avenger. I see him as a lone wolf who should only team up with other supernatural characters when absolutely necessary. Hence the Midnight Sons.

Yeah luckily the movie fixed that crazy part. And the stupid part about him being brought up in London in the WW2 era, a mostly white country mind you. 🤦🙄It'd make sense for his daughter Brielle Brooks to ONLY have deceleration in aging with expanded lifespan, immunity to vampire bites (or anything supernatural period), and acute senses, considering her mother is human and Blade is only 50% vampire and the other half of his DNA is human. So the genes would then dilute. But yeah, the O.G vampire slayer deserves more recognition. Mostly in animation and video games 😎🕶️🗡️⚔️

This is the best overview I've seen! So many people don't know how strong he is in the comics and how he has weapons for more than just vampires. Only things I'd add: 1. He can drain Supernatural powers with his vampire bite. (Weakens Draconis by draining his blood, KOs Ghost Rider by sucking out an infection, and reverts these magical hulk beings to human with his bite) 2. Also durability! There was the time in Damnation he took Ghost Rider Thor's Mjolnir straight to the chest and he was able to heal as fast as it was burning away his skin. And the time he took a laser vision blast from Hyperion going for the kill (we saw Hyperion kill Wolverine with his laser vision). Also more evidence for your strength argument, in Darkhold Omega he destroyed a giants face with one sword strike

Vampires by lore get stronger faster more durable agility and their senses growth the older they get that's why Dracula is so powerful he was the first vampire marvel comics Don't know much lore and they don't want do justice to blade should be easily able blitz most of marvel heroes and I believe he is stronger than Spiderman

He isn't a 10 tonner. I can't see blade picking up tanks not to mention wolverine giving blade a hard time physically, but he is definitely stronger than the 1 ton range, I'd say 3 to 4 Ton.

@@hoodiek6802 that's like saying spider-man is in the same strength class as hulk because they both have superhuman stream lol. just because you have superhuman strength doesn't mean everyone is the same level. Blade is superhumanly fast and has superhuman reflexes able to keep up with Spider-Man, but spider is stronger, having said that blade is still superhuman and Spider-Man would still need to exert a certain amount of strength, and actually blade is stronger than a regular vampire.

I knew he was at least medium power house with a very high striking and very high skill power in which he can do some real damage or destroy High power house characters. Him being a hybrid in which he is a mutant sort of the super soldier of vampires that makes him much stronger than the average vampire. He gets stronger with actual human blood. That serum he takes that blood substitute his full potential is not realized.

I like that the video mentioned that blade is hard to scale. I like to imagine blade as like Goku hear me out. Marvel movies explained it best he can take on vamps with base form and not feeding being above super soldier. But once he feeds maybe quadruples (head canon) in power to compete against someone like colossus but not win fight. Great vid though

Bro don't take that Dracula/Colossus thing to heart. Marvel classed Blade as level 4, Morbius as level 5, Dracula as level 6 and Varnae as level 7. While Colossus is classed level 6. Colossus doesn't have the vampire weaknesses that Blade utilizes, so Blade would've got crushed by Colossus

Blade deserves better the Snipes movie version helped jumpstart Marvel cinematic success, the talk of filming a new Blade movie is now July 2022 we shall see, the word is it will be a part of the MCU that could be good news

So in reality based off of his feet, Blade is 100 times strength level easily or can build up to it. And can exceed strength levels of 100 times based upon his feet taking on and or possibly the feeding count Dracula versus Col losing to that same vampire.

Keep in mind that Morbius is not a supernatural vampire. Most of you all know that he has vampiric traits similar to a supernatural vampire but he is a product of a scientific procedure gone wrong. As for Dracula’s strength I prefer to go by the OMHB at his peak and empowered he was at 4 tons however on average he was at a 1 ton max while he was fully fed. Why then was Frankenstein’ s monster (4000lbs+ max strength) able to overpower him with Dracula admitting that he was weaker than the monster, but yet Dracula can stop a punch thrown from Colossus who was at 70 tons at the time. His confrontation with Thor didn’t resort to matching strength, but yet he went 1 on 1 with the Hulk when he was Nul Breaker of Worlds.

Sadly this Blade your describing we will never be allowed to see in a movie. It will be interesting to see how Marvel’s Blade stacks up with what Snipes showed us, great special effects. Marvel suped up Fisk from Netflix Daredevil to more match the comics so we’ll see. Interesting I’ve always pictured back in the day Carl Weathers as comic book character The Falcon. Michael Jai White as Luke Cage. There are some great black male actors that are too old now but would have been great to see if superhero movies had of caught on earlier. Even a younger Denzel would have been a good candid for the Black Panther.

Denzel could never be black panther. that would've better for an actual martial artist or someone who could do actual moves. Denzel was the nice good looking giur and played some drama roles, but never much action. Denzel would've been a good nick fury. If he gained muscle MAYBE blade. cause I could see blade as a brawler when it comes down to it. High flying and all that is secondary. But black panther has to do all kinds of flips and and agility moves. not for denzel...in my mind.

@@agonleed3841 Denzel never did many action roles…you are kidding right? Don’t get me wrong on Chad he nailed he BP role, However I do not recall many action roles in his portfolio. Also the BP is not a martial artist by the way. But I do agree an athletic actor would be best. The point I was making was about current actors who I thought would have been good earlier in their careers and if superhero movie had popped of earlier years ago.

Most that crap is because writers don’t respect the characters physical parameters. Writers have the character do whatever is necessary to further the plot. Or do you believe Spider-Man can defeat Firelord a guy who flies through stars or Black Panther could restrain Silver Surfer. If you must consider these cannon the they would be considered in gaming terms as power stunts. Power stunts would be actions normally outside a character’s ability but certain stress or circumstances push them beyond normal limits like stories of a mother who lifts a car off her child that’s been ran over.

Dracula used technique to throw colossus, he didn't overpower him, not to mention spider-man holds back even against low level superhumans. Just because blade grapples with spider-man doesn't mean he can match his strength, again this is where skill comes to play and while spider-man is stronger blade is still superhuman so Spiderman would still need to exert some strength to tackle him, but I agree that blade is definitely not just a 1 tonner as he is stronger than most vampires, I'd put him at around the 3 to 4 Ton range.
