Fun fact the reason Cumber Never used Ssj or ssj2 is because the Evil aura gives a bigger multiplier so he only uses base/Base(Evil ki) and Ssj3. Edit: It turns out that it's just some Writing/Promo Bullshit and wanted to keep him in base and not Ssj like the manga.
