A big part of the higher speed metas you missed are Quincy Arrows and Ceros being called spiritual light in the manga. databooks and novels. A lot of people say spiritual light means it doesn’t scale to light speed but forget Kishi (physical matter) and Reishi (spiritual matter) are the exact same thing, just made to exist in different worlds. In fact, it’s been shown that Reishi matter can be enhanced to be faster and stronger than Kishi matter with your spiritual energy. (Like Candice’s lightning even when nerfed post TYBW being stated to surpass natural lightning in CFYOW or Toshiro’s ice traveling relative to his combat speed despite natural ice not being able to travel that fast and hold its durability/not break or melt). I don’t thing there’s ever been an instance where reishi is inferior to the Kishi counterpart So at bare minimum, we can say the weakest Cero (Menos Grande) and the weakest Quincy Arrows (First Arc Uryu) scale exactly to light speed, and stronger characters upscale based on their spiritual energy Either way, Ichigo reacts to both the Cero and Uryu’s arrows after they’re fired, so Relativistic to Rel+ for Ichigo pre amps and Urahara training. Post amp he was able to blitz Renji who could react to and dodge Uryu’s arrow while off guard There’s another way to get Ichigo’s max potential to town level or higher, but it’s more roundabout. Basically, Ichigo took Rukia’s full power, and Rukia didn’t have time to train or get stronger, so she should be at the same level she was at when she beat D Roy at the beginning of the story (losing to Fishbone D is a major anti feat, Ngl) Rukia was able to keep up with and one shot a Gillian Arrancar who downscales from Edrad’s Town+ feat against Ikkaku. (D Roy is the weakest but he’s relative enough to the rest that Grimmjow keeps him in the squad and not as fodder) Issue is, Ichigo in this arc has like 0 Reiatsu control so he can’t access that FTL and Town level of power at will. At best, he did against Renji though it’s likely he didn’t even reach that level then either

How are you gonna deal with the compression of attacks? Measuring ap based on destruction scale won't be accurate as the story progresses. Are you just gonna ignore it and focus on scale for rough estimates, or do you have some kind of method in mind?

Didn't ichigo also block and react to a cero shot by a gillian? And we know that ceros are light speed and go faster if you put more reiatsu into them. So ichigo should atleast be ftl. Right?
