It Depends. He can be stronger in general but her powers counters him. Her shields can even counter reality warping, magic, telepathy. Maybe only Jean Grey telepathy or Scarlet witch magic can pass trough it. Her powers are yet not 100% explained, but she's not just a shielder. We need more depth info about Sue and her powers.

Her shield endureded for the entire issue (Fantastic Four (Vol 7) #19) She can also block telepathy, telekineses, magic spells and matter manipulation
They need to give her the Xmen 97 cyclops treatment, most people only remember her as a pretty lame fainting girl from the movies She’s genuinely just a better green lantern, no battery no weakness to fear and invisible constructs too
Sue storm embodies the phrase the best offense is the best defence. When you talked about doctor doom being in this video I guessed that doctor doom has lost a lot to her.

What your experiencing my friend is "recency bias" It's like when people say a new movie is the best movie ever when it first came out but after 5 weeks they calm it down and say it was good but not the best ever lol. If a new character does a new feat everybody says they're the strongest ever but really when you start thinking harder after weeks go by you realize they're not the strongest ever lol

All who read this comment , if you could come up with your own original Super Being for a story like Invisible Woman , what would be their powers and feats ? Me personally I’d make a Speedster character that can run at a thousandth of a thousandth of all of time itself but what about you guys ?

Depends on who can think the fastest , since they both have mental abilities. & it would probably be Sue since we see her get a shield up faster than Jean grey could toss her with telekinesis.
@IvaNTheUnStoppable I don't think that Sue would be able to stand alongside the key members of the Hellfire Club in terms of power, and dealing with one of the strongest telepaths isn't in Sue's favor. I'm just saying, plus in a physical match-up Emma can turn into diamond so that doesn't help 💎
@chrisleaf I recall an X-Men/Fantastic Four team-up comic or mini series where the two teams investigate an alien spacecraft. Sue was quick enough to knock out Emma with a forcefield.
