taliyah might be the best karthus counter to be honest in jungle, since she can oneshot him so easily and he doesnt has dashes, plus she has a lot of range or can trap him

Taliyah's W should be able to throw her E since they're used in conjunction anyways. It'd give her a little mixup potential to either go for more safe poke that you need to dodge like her Q or she could be trying to combo you into E instead E into you.
