Taylor Swift is one such artist who has done something so legendary that she single-handedly beat the records of Rihana Beyonce and Cold play combined!!!

Her music is clean, no nudity, no profanity. As a parent I'd love my child to enjoy and sing her songs. That's exactly why she appeals to so many music lovers though she's not an outstanding vocalist. And she has amazing parents. A lot of A list celebrities have faced issues with or due to their family but Taylor's family stood by her through thick and thin.

@@icetrip2417is the said nudity in the room with is? 😭 The whole shtick about Taylor Swift & what makes her different from other female recording artists is that she doesn't sell sex to be big, famous or relevant.. it all relies upon her crafts.. her whole image is being this "America's Sweetheart" "girl next door" image especially among the American general public... Whereas most of her female pop peers relies on selling sex & flaunting sexuality.. including big name artists like Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B & so much more...not that I'm complaining about their choice of art but Taylor didn't need that.... She's comparatively has a squeaky clean image too.. No big scandals like Drugs, addiction, Arrest records or DUI, Mental health nervous breakdowns or any records of illegal activities...like many other celebrities have....She has been perfect as she can be for a celebrity of her stature for the past 17 years of her career. That's why many parents are happy that their kids especially daughters looking upto a female public figure in their life growing up.

I liked her songs but never knew this story. I have seen many women not getting credit to their hardwork. If a girl gets placed in a company, I have seen few people speak that she was selected because she was pretty. Every mother's work is downplayed by us, even though she's the one who handles everything at home. And working women who also handle home chores are real life heroes. We don't have to give them Oscar, Emmy or Nobel. We just have to help them. Even simple things will make a huge difference. Giving positive feedback to them. Being there for them is very important. Taylor's story is an inspiration indeed

She is not “THE” music industry. She is just a part of it like everyone else. Nobody is below her and she’s not above anyone. Many of the artists and actors we like been working hard since they were kids. Like some of them took dance lessons around 6 or 7 and did musicals at school when they were like 14. Unless you’re a reality star like the Kardashians and Paris Hilton (who has their fame handed to them), many famous people started out as kids and worked their way up.

From what I had heard, Lata Mangeskar Ji had also fought for rights to artists and singers, probably before Taylor Swift. Apparently, Movie producers didnt pay music artists, even if they were using the songs in their movie. The singers were supposed to earn money from concerts. I dont exactly remember the scenario but it is similar to Lata Ji had fought against this I didnt really focus on story telling, so much as I liked Taylor's music. But, I now know Taylor's struggles, and I think I respect her so much more now.

@peacehumanrace She abuses her power by using her music to throw her exes and other people under the bus so that she looks like a victim. Think about it, over the years, she’s gotten into feuds with not one, but many celebrities. Her breakups almost always ended in bad terms. Taylor having altercations with many people who have not so nice things to say about her raises a lot of red flags.

@kunalkumaraiml2365 She had it way easier than many of her fellow young artists. She had the luxury of supportive parents and a normal childhood. She never suffered the struggles of being a child star as she was around 18 when her music began taking off. Not that many singers and actors were that lucky. They were surrounded by toxic people and parents who did nothing but taking advantage of their money, all on top off giving up their youth and childhood to live in front of cameras. That’s a struggle Taylor will never know.

Taylor Swift didn't get this much success just because of her talent and hard work but doing right things at the right moment with right people and ofcourse having the benefit of coming from privileged background. Her dad bought a $300K stake in the record label where she got signed into which isn't commonly seen with any other new talents coming from ordinary family. Although she is actually an incredibly talented songwriter and a hard working musician but without these things many other new talents remain undiscovered. Also another thing she always did is targeting a specific demography with her songs i.e teenagers and getting super high exposure on press and social media about her personal love life on her exes. That's what always made the audience to be able to relate to the lyrics and the events in her life. One thing I personally think that if you are to be an "artist" you have to be as " A true artist takes no notice whatever of the public. The public are to him non existent" in Oscar Wilde's words..... Taylor Swift deviates from this concept and thus becomes more than a singer-a greater business person too *Edit- Her dad bought $300K stake in the record label she was signed to.

To add few more reasons for her stupendous success: - She listens to her fans feedback very closely and makes chnages accordingly. She reads reddit comments to this day. This makes her fans more loyal and connected to her - She has evolved her musics over period of time, earlier she was more pop but her later albums are actually more critically aclaimed praising her song writing - One of the reasons for such success of her recent tour was the format, she did multiple shows in a single city like a mini residency which was kind of a new concept. This leads to fans travelling from all over to those cities, the city gov recognizing the impact and adding to it by declaring Taylor Swift day etc - She also bypassed the major movie distributors and directly worked with the cinema while releasing her era tour movie which was a brave but successful move - For this tour she was also praised for her performance, she sings for 3.5 hours in a songle show with amazing visuals

Brilliant research into Taylor Swift. I looked for flaws but could find none. More like this would be interesting. For example: inside the music industry. An industry that was so powerful that it used its power to bully and profit from artists and look where this industry is now and where it will be in the future. Perhaps a study on Pink Floyd and the fight between Roger Waters and the band members, especially David Gilmore, would be great. And a study on the Rolling Stones would be great too. Taylor Swift has kept the greedy music industry in check , from apple music ,spotify to universal music group , she had made them change their policies for fair payment of artists . Like her or not , she is the reason why music artist dont have to go on strike for fair payment like actors and writers in recent months. Her 100k $ bonuses to truck driver has set new precedent for profit distribution among workers and every other major artist will have to follow .

It’s also because of amc and Adam Arron deal making .. Other bigger artist will join and put their tours in the movies with AMC plus amc distributes to other movie theaters ..
