I'd like to see them make a couple more seasons of The Hollowmen. I know Working Dog Productions are already making Utopia, but I wish they would do both. I mean, they can make two series at once, surely. They are called Working Dog Productions after all. 😁😁😃😃

Depressingly accurate. We can't ruffle too many feathers because otherwise, as an example, our lobster exports to a very specific market are cactus!

When I was a kid I thought Yes Minister was comedy based on a little bit of truth. Now that and shows like Hollowmen and Utopia are so based in fact it really is an indictment on our society and the world in general. Whatever your politics are, the situation in Gaza was played out in Hollowmen years ago, the urging for restraint (or is that a bit strong). Meanwhile Ukraine just plods along with not much fanfare these days, probably isn't a big enough red wine export with Russia to be concerned too much about. But we'll be safe, those submarines will be ready to go in how many decades, will really make the superpowers cautious about having a full on invasion.

dont forget having big number budgets that sound good and dont really mean anything. source: am german and the special funds for our army are... a perfect example of all the skits in this show.
