The Incredibles is well-respected for being one of the greatest superhero media out there and for good reason
It is fairly entertaining and has a solid cast of characters with well-explored conflicts, which are mostly given enough time to shine. It's self-conscious enough to understand the stupid mistakes superhero stories usually make, and manages to mostly avoid them and use the standard tropes of the genre in the most effective way possible to enhance its story, rather than to fall on its face by becoming a tropical garbage
