Look at all those nice mice droppings when opening. I guess it just adds to the flavor. I also like mixing in bird shit and moldy wood into my vegggies. Nothing better than eating then praying to god on the bowl two hours later that your bowels are done evacuating.

Amazing…. I’ve eaten many dishes from street vendors in many countries. I can say with absolute honesty that I never got sick outside of the USA eating food. But I get food poisoning here at least once a year……hmmmm

I like it, the culture, doing things the old way, one sometimes goes back to the Middle Ages, no hygiene and yet healthy fresh ingredients, in the West it is the opposite, good hygiene and poisonous foods, semi-finished products. If they started paying more attention to hygiene and new knowledge, they would eat healthier than we do here in the West with all the regulations. For me, it is incomprehensible, for example, to grab fresh vegetables with hands away from raw meat, or to wrap hot meat in newspaper, which apparently contains poisonous lead.
