Jesus Christ the Messiah (peace be upon him) was taken to Heaven by Lord/God/TheCreator The word christ comes from the Greek word 'christos' meaning chosen, the word messiah comes from the Arabic/Hebrew word 'messiach', again meaning chosen. I would also like to mention that occultism is evident in other, non-western cultures - forgive me for my baffling, but as I wanted to move away from watching Hollywood/Western movies/dramas etc, I 'stumbled upon' East Asia content and popular culture - not everything, but watching korean, and especially chinese ' xianxia' dramas/movies, the presentation of 'sehr' is audacious, with central characters going through different levels of 'cultivation' using ' water' or ' fire' magic until they reach a ' god-like' state - very disconcerting indeed. With that, could the speaker come back for another presentation/talk on occultism in 'Eastern' cultures? Again, I am not singling out or wanting to degrade chinese or east asian cultures - China itself has a huge, indigenous Muslim population ( approx. 25 million people), but it would be good to compare this with 'western' occultism, and how as Muslims ( especially living in western and non- muslim countries) can recognise this so we can navigate this pseudo-culture without the panic, isolation and social insulation that we see in some Muslim communities.

This is a situation where you don’t want facts to get into a good narrative. There are two facts left out that change the narrative. Islamic astrology is a wonderful contribution as those same people were leading Theologians responsible for most Muslim’s advanced theology today! This reads like a very naive and superficial interpretation of esotericism. It's hard to do a blanket condemnation of one without implicitly condemning the other. Same is true for a huge amount of Russian, French and most importantly Middle Eastern freemasons. Another important note is there are a lof of lodges that include women. French lodges have started to accept atheists since the end of the 19th century, which caused a sort of a schism between them and the Scottish rite. The other thing that should be noted that not all people listed as members of a cetain lodge did participate after a certain point, that is the case with Churchill for example.
