The bible is owned by catholic church which revised by protestants and they used it for their own building of churches. They even know how hard to collect from early catholic churches just to have it compiled into one book for the use of the catholic church as one whole big apostolic church. But protestants grab it, and revised it for their own self instituted church of their own founding pastors. I found protestants very aggressive taking away things not their own. Grabbing the innocents souls for sake of money. They do not realize how they peoples life in risk against the kingdom of God. But the for all protestants to calm down, and start your research the whole truth begining the history the church in Christ

That's such not true at all. Yes Catholic don't understand their own faith at all - this bit was correct. And that's why they convert to Protestantism as a result of them learning about Christianity and getting to know what is all about, really. No one leaves from "the true one church" like it is nothing. Every other denomination is seen as a sect so a person making a bold step to get out goes though a deep process of conversion. The assumption that protestants make great catholics and catholics make weak protestants is so biased and full of ignorance. I would argue that if anything then it is the opposite. The idea that Protestants convert to Catholicism because they already know it all and thus their conversations are somewhat better, more whole, more thought through, more important is such a baloney.

I’m a Protestant & a family member converted to Catholicism after working a lot on Bible study, prayer, ministry in the community & you’re 💯 correct about strong Protestants becoming Catholic & weak Catholics becoming Protestant. I think God is allowing all the mainline Protestant & evangelical churches get overtaken by gay marriage & other unBiblical ideas to force serious Christians to make the decision to return to Catholicism & start reuniting all Christians back together. The internet is like the 2nd coming of the printing press. Anyone can learn all about Catholicism & all Protestant denominations without leaving their bed or couch & without telling anyone you have doubts or questions. It’s really causing cults & false religions, Scientology, Mormonism, Islam, etc., to learn the truth & leave those faiths. As Catholics get better at sharing & teaching their faith, the only people left in Protestant denominations will be people who are staying to be with family or with their church family.

These verses of Hebrews are therefore about converts such as you who by choosing catholicism over the true gospel are crucifying gain for themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame. You never asked God for His opinion about the RCC. You never prayed that the Holy Spirit would lead you away from it if it is not what it claims to be. You never asked to be stopped from joining an extra-biblical religion which claims that the Scriptures are not to be used as the only source of true Christian teaching. You chose a religion which is completely alien to the true Christian faith taught by Jesus Christ Himself because you did not ask God to lead You to His truth. You were a Christian pastor but you were never saved. Had God chosen you for salvation and given it to you, you would never have been able to betray Jesus, but you could have asked for His gift of salvation and yet you didn't. If you can't bring yourself now to pray to God to lead you out of catholicism if it is offensive to Him so that you can repent; if you can't bring yourself to ask God for the faith you need for your salvation, it probably means that you are where those who heard the parables of Jesus were prevented from understanding so that they would not be converted.

@@santomarioninodeatocha1970 Jesus Christ, through the teachings of the apostles and St Paul in first century, started all the Christian churches in first century Roman Empire, which means that all the churches mentioned in the NT were started by Jesus. However, over the centuries because of persecutions and heresies coming into those churches, most of them either ceased to exist or joined other church communities or moved elsewhere. The Roman Christian church was one of those true churches, but it stopped following pure gospel truth in third century when it adopted paganism and other heresies. You need to pray to God to give you the Holy Spirit to lead you and enable you to understand whether the RC church is the true church. All the evidence in the NT points to it being a false religious system which has completely departed from true gospel Christianity although it does profess belief in the true Christian God. Its religion does not come from Christ. Pray to Jesus to lead you to His truth and to give You the faith you need for your salvation.

That's interesting that the baby baptism was what started your change into Catholicism. My father, raised a Catholic that considered priesthood, decided to study evangelical ways because baby baptism wasn't making sense to him. He eventually became non denominational Christian.

@@lelamaciolek1166 baby baptism is THE most sensible thing. In the early church whole households were baptized. Why was circumcision of male infants on the 8th day in the Jewish faith? Why was it considered induction into that faith? We followers of Jesus observe His new covenant by baptism on the eighth day of an infant's life in that same manner and continuing on that tradition. We need baptism to be saved. It's a condition of salvation from scripture "relent and be baptized". So no baptism, no salvation. What if someone dies before baptism? You father needs to rethink his objections to infant baptism, with respect. Ave Maria.

I have however done my research, and found AMPLE sources of intentional misinformation that came from long ago English catholic-hating sources , have been disproved and still linger out there. Atheist and protestant historians will refute alot of the garbage that's out there. It doesnt have to come from catholic historians. Again, I will have to watch and look into sources, but I have researched. There are horrors in the history of the catholic church like any other establishment of considerable age. I would just suggest looking into multiple sources. Always.

My family did everything they could to prevent me from getting received into the Church. However, on August 2 2020, at the age of 18, I was received baptism, first communion, and confirmation. I kid you not when I say, nothing- all the suffering, all the lost family, all the lost friendships- compare to the joy and sense of truth that I have now as a Catholic! Pray the Rosary everyday!

However, in John 6:63, he says, it is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit and they are life. If Jesus was saying unless we eat his flesh and drink his blood unless we are all going to outerdarkness, how much and how often? What if I didnt take communion for a week? A month? A year? What then...

That’s so funny I’m the same way. I’ve always been a “non denominational” Christian in Alabama in other words a default Baptist. However my preacher has always been non judgmental for the most part when it came to other branches of Christianity. So when my boyfriend of about 6 months at the time became interested in the orthodox and Catholic Church naturally I became intrigued. For the last year and a half I have studied more and more about both churches and came to the same conclusion you have. This has been such an amazing change in my life making me closer to god than ever before. I too wish to become catholic before he and I get married. I 'm a lutheran and I not only I don't hate romancatholics but I owe to them I was converted into lutheran from evangelical. Because of excellent roman catholic channels I learned about the sacraments, their reality and effectuality. But, in the end, I was converted to lutheranism because of its better, more biblical and gospel-centered soteriology. I love you folks.

@@tony1685 Which one? Lutheran, Mormon, Jehovahs witness, 7th day adventist, Calvinist, Baptist, Non Denomimational and so on and so on? Come back to the original church. Every Christian was Catholic until the 1500s and now they're all confused and contradicting each other thanks to Luther.

@@tony1685 Yes and we don't pray to saints or Mary. They are not and will never be above God nor are we taught that. We ask them to pray for us. Just like how you can make a facebook post asking strangers to pray for you or for a loved one we ask Mary and the Saints, (which is anyone who has gone to heaven) to pray for us because even though they've passed away they are ALIVE. If you believe Jesus defeated death on the cross then you would know this. Mary and the Saints are our follow Christian brothers and sisters that went through trials and tribulations we may never experience here in 2021. They deserve respect and veneration which isn't prohibited in Scripture nor was it prohibited historically.
