Most are owned by Ugandans actually. The few whites are visible because they love to walk/hike . As that bro said, the source of income for some of those Ugandans remain a mystery.

You should be using that side mate…you can see which ever car is coming at you on the road remember Ugandan roads don’t have pedestrian walkways….you’re walking on the wrong side because the cars come from behind you.
