partial supply pt doesnt suit this method. lets say pt has 45days balance and medicine individual pack is 60. pharmacist needs to open the pack and cut to 45tabs. opened packs, new packs, returned packs ..man power still needed here

Can it read doctors hand writing and then request the item, no i think the chemist will have to look it up on the computer first to request it from this machine. So Its probably still going to take 5 minutes per customer, not 12 prescriptions a minute, because there would probably be only 1 chemist working in a chemist shop. Normally it's about a 20 minute wait time for the chemist to return a prescription to the cashier. I think you would need some kind of app for the doctor to prescribe the prescription onto so you can go to some machine to dispense the prescription. Then just make sure the machine is stocked up & has a working filing. The machine should be placed in a chemist shop else the chemist businesses would lose out on all the trade for non prescription items.
