Emotion and crowd wise it would be an all timer for sure. In ring doesn’t need to be much imo. Hogan Vs Rock in ring was very standard but it’s all about the emotion and feeling with these two.

I love this especially the ending where The Rock gives up the necklace, almost made me cry. Now, I would either have it be a ladder match or triple threat match for the title of tribal chief but eventually Roman would come back & challenge the new Tribal Chief w/a new family, while also being more merciless & destructive.
Nah I would have Roman go and officially become a face but unlike the last time he’s more himself and the storyline is him trying to earn the trust from his family and friends again. It’ll culminate to Wrestlemania 41 where he faces Bron Breaker, 1 member of the new shield with him, Carmelo, and Austin Theory

Rock vs. Roman should happen at Crown Jewel. I know it's not WrestleMania let alone a big four ple. But, still Roman vs. Rock is a match so big that it could happen just about anywhere and it doesn't interfere with Cody's story

Everything about this is SUPER GOOD AND WELL DONE. But IMO having Cody beat Roman at the royal rumble and walking into WM40 as champion kind of defeats the purpose of having Cody fulfil the dream and beat Roman at the biggest stage of them all. But because if Roman and Rock does happen at WM40 the royal rumble is probably the best place to have Cody beat Roman because the rumble is one of the big 4 and to also have Cody vs Cena at WM40
If you're gonna have Rock v Roman, this is how you do it imo. They aren't gonna do this bc WWE thinks Roman is nothing without the title but with booking like this it can easily work perfectly
