It's my understanding that the water under the prison was sewage water. Jesus did not practice baptism by dripping a few sprinkles of water sprinkles of water. He was immersed by John the Baptist and we are to follow Jesus's examples.

He never was, and by the integrity that Christ Jesus gave him, he would never agree to be such a person in charge of the church. Jesus states how it will be with the disciples, how the one who seeks to be the boss will become the servant, and it was so. Jesus does not lie.
