I reverted to Islam in Brunei Kuala Beliat 1983,I must say the Sultan is one of the best ever human, rich but humble, may Allah always bless him ,and his people.
@@Aska641 western called democracy but their secret services will filter media, education iluminate who ever want to rise n ask leaders question. even trumph former presiden been trapped. worse then monarc.
@@LionsOfTheDesert Don't be deceived. Its not his money. Its the government money. The government money means the public money, the public money means people's money. He is only giving a little bit back and pocketed the rest. Go figure out...
Almost every Bruneian is proud of the Sultan as he is not just a ceremonial head of the state but an active administrator of the country. He is seen as a saviour, father figure by many Bruneians. The sultan has inherited the wealth and the land is naturally blessed with oil, so he enjoys it and we don't see many so called rich countries ready to offer free education, health care to its citizens and impose 0% income tax. For those who think that oil resources are limited, Brunei has heavily invested in real estate, other business worldwide, education and in technology to sustain growth despite depletion of oil and natural resources.
Yaa Salaam! I am from the African Continent and I really adore the SULTAN naturally. He is a role model to many around the world. Mashallah! May Allah give him a long, healthy and happy life.
I was fortunate enough to be born and raised in Brunei. Though not Bruneian, I was still able to receive tons of benefits even as a foreigner including free education, housing, and healthcare!! Long live the sultan of Brunei!
As of now they forbid LGBT next will be Islam, the unification of Southeast asia cultural heritages. We will ban Islam in brunei and change Java becomes buddhist majority once more.
You got it wrong his first wife is the current one his cousin Queen Saleha gave six children four girls and two boys including the crown prince Al Muthadee his second wife he divorced twenty years ago Haja Maryam was his real first love and gave him four children two girls and two boys including the famous prince Abdul Mateen. His third wife he divorced thirteen years ago Azrinaz Mazar gave him two children a boy and a girl the sultan youngest child Wakheel and Ameerah she’s Malaysian who used to be journalist. 😊😉
His Royal Highness the Sultan of Brunei is generally a very respectable person and a true gentleman. That's a misperception because people didn't know him as well as you think they did, or because they're just jealous of his responsibilities and the wealth of his country. His Royal Highness the Sultan is a very good friend of the British Royal Family and a very good friend of His Majesty King Charles III. from Great Britain. He is very committed to peace in ASEAN and tries to support other countries that still have domestic problems and are very committed to the peace and freedom of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Am from Nigeria, can you help me to secure a job in Brunei? I love to work in a peaceful and cool country like Brunei, pls I need your help to work in your beautiful country ❤🎉
People always talk about his lifestyle, his house, his wealth, how many cars he owned, and always mock him because of the money he earns. But rarely people talk about charity he does. Every year in a specific month, he will do charity to underprivilaged people, $1000 per person, usually to 20,000 people. You can search this in Brunei newspaper. To sum it all up, that is around BND 20 million (approx USD15mil). During Ramadhan, people of Brunei will come to his palace for 14days to pray, taraweeh. Each night limited to 10,000 civilians, plus around 1000 goverment workers. Each will be given BND 10 per person. Sum all up for 14 days will be, BND 1.5 million (USD 1.12Mil). Before it was unlimited and can reach up to more than 50,000 visitors a night for 30 days straight and can reach an amount of BND 15 million in one month. During festive season (Hari Raya Aidilfitri), he will invite everyone, citizens or foreigner to his palace. This will be happening for 4 days straight, morning and afternoon session. Each day there will be more than 20,000 visitor coming. Children below 12 years of age will be given BND 5. Half of the visitors are people below 12 years of age, approx in 4 days, he give BND 200,000 to children (USD 150,000). The sultan spend his own money to cater a newborn child in Brunei with free diapers for one year. In one year birth rate of Brunei produces approx around 6000 newborn. Each newborn will receive 4 pack of diapers per month, 1 pack would cost BND 10. Times is by 6000 newborn for 4 packs for 12 months will be BND 2.88 million a year. For point 1,2 and 3 is happening in 2 months span. In just 2 months, the Sultan share his wealth up to BND 21.7 million (approx USD 17 million). His charity will be much more if i add in his another charity of Aidiladha an other charity event, and i am only counting the dollar and not including the foods and drink the sultan is providing during the events. And this is all an annual event.
Only those who living inside Brunei knew the generosity of the leader🔥❤️ . Yes, those budget clearly not included inside parliament year budget as that is from leader’s hard work seeing opportunity from oversea’s investment to gain income
why dont you talk about his brother who wasted 5 billion dollars for his fun in the casinos?gambling is forbidden for a muslim...in islam there is no sultan..and why does he give 1000 dollars to 20000 people and not to everyone?..he will pay dearly for this luxury in front of ALLAH on the day of Resurrection...he is a showmaster and surely not the only one...i never heard him talking about the problems of muslims around the world
The Sultan looks like a very kind and respectful person. The Sultan is also in great athletic shape. The record of his acts, deeds and respect demonstrate he is a most complete and rounded leader. I am not sure why he needs so much security, who would wish harm upon him? Islamic reflections of Queen Elizabeth which is the highest compliment. Long may he live and reign.
@richardnaylor910 - Damn, next you'll tell us his sh!t doesn't stink either. I guess the rich are different from you and I. He's 76 and he can't live forever. So who takes over when he's dead? Looks like Brunei has had 29 sultans since 1967. Doesn't seem they last very long. Maybe that's why his security is so tight.
LONG LIVE THE CARING SULTAN. HM is very kind and generous ruler and love by his subjects. Medical and education are free in Brunei. Welfare are given priority to Bruneians. University students are given allowance $380 per student monthly. Petrol, rice, sugar etc are subsidised. Bruneians love the Sultan very much. ALLAH (God) SAVE THE SULTAN. Aamiin Ya Rabbal Alamiin
this is what I am looking for. not just show casing the sultan's wealth(probably the one who made this video has ill intention and too jealous) He actually cares his people. no tax, allowance to the students, and a very good medical hospital and etc. A monarch who knows how to make his people happy.
@@thisguy3685 yes agree..since there is wealth in the country brunei should focus on developing itself like japan or south korea since they have excess wealth. they can venture and try out many things and not too complacent in its current comfort zone
@@step_freeskills101 Well honestly we don't really need to be that much advanced like Japan or South Korea as long as this country has all it's needs and citizens live peacefully im good.
Well, as one of luckiest brunei people who lived under his “management” aka ruler. I guess, the leader really love to travel secretly to see opportunity, i think because he got a very huge responsibility to carry out the task just to make sure his people and country live comfortable and safe. If the king within his own country brunei, the sultan likes to do “lawatan tanpa jadual”? Try to translate world🤭 . Any problem occur in the country, the leader will not just seat but he real did surprised visit to inspect the problem those area is much respectful trillion times better than any world leader carried out their role as the head of the state. Respect his leadership style who also managed the wealth quite amazing. Not just doubling the wealth, if you learn the amount of wealth he invested across the globe completely jaw dropping. Very generous and smart leader at the same time💯🇧🇳
I have a party for 100 people. I order a huge pizza with 1000 slices. Since I won the lottery, I pay for the pizza and I give everyone plenty of slices to make them happy. But if I still keep 900 slices for myself, am I really that generous?
I appreciate rich people who build their business from scratch. If you are rich because your family owns the country then what is there to be proud of?
Well, 99% brunei/ residents proud of him(founder of country’s) not because the leader being so rich as he well-distributed/shared all the basic needs/ welfare equally to everyone(1/2 million) for those who lived in brunei regardless of what background quite respectful. Brunei is the only richest without foreign debts(from US embassy, gov data) and 0 cases homelessness/beggar from the street of brunei whats made the country “underrated”. And one thing, business from strach? then why? most need investor/startup capital(money) to open business? I am pretty sure you never heard the wealth management from the country in which impressively exceeded amount of Gdp figure since 2002. Thats brunei’s account saving from all over the world. Ever heard of it?
I really don't get that some people try to villainize the Sultan, he is really generous and kind in real life and not just on screens or in the public. He has many responsibilities even resolving company disputes. Allah Peliharakan Sultan!
As an outsider,I have NOT heard one bad thing about him.As a king and man of wealth,if he can give free education, subsided housing and free healthcare to his people and others born there, then that says a lot about every other king in the rest of the world, who enjoy their status and money while their people suffer.Long live such good people as him!
@@mikyblueeyes3155 why would his wealth belong to the people? Brunei is an absolute monarchy, the Sultan OWNS Brunei. The money that he's giving away is his money. I bet your country doesn't even give any of the things that the Sultan gave to his people for free right? Can you tell me why?
Corrections First wife (Queen Consort) : YTM Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha. Second wife : YM Pengiran Datin Paduka Hjh Mariam. Third wife : Azrinaz Mazhar. Allah Peliharakan Sultan.❤
I just work here in brunei for 3 months but surprise me is still thre is local people work in low level such a cleaning service, gaz station which i never find in UAE or Qatar....
“Better to get paid than just doing nothing” because thats all a halal(“in muslim context”) by all means. Thats normal but most importantly, the well-being or gap between rich and poor. Not even poor locals/foreigner have a record history been starved at the street of brunei due to generous government
It is not true that Michael Jackson (or Whitney Houston) performed at the wedding of the Sultan's daughter. Michael performed at the celebrations when His Majesty turned 50 years old.
Well, thank you for producing the video over again btw. No wonder he made the country of Brunei Darussalam rich as its 2023 Gdp ppp per capita income stood at USD75,580(IMF official). The only richest nations with no stock exchange and $0 debts from world creditor represented from asian nation ruled by this leader quite amazing
@silvarajoomuniandy4316 why did you think that way? as Brunei got large investment(on domestic’s man made island ) that cost multi- billion dollar joint venture project with giant East Asia for the brighter future so that’ll automatically pass to new great children. Brunei got ambition im telling you
@judymckee5992 Sounds great!. you’re most welcome to these tiny kingdom of unexpected treasure. You will be amaze with the scene of this 71% untouchable pristine tropical rainforest’s of the country and the view from the flight of 29k free lots of lands(+modern housing at all districts💯 Hope you enjoy on december👍🏻
Brunei Darussalam is a beautiful "green" and peaceful country and His Highness is the BEST leader a country could ever deserve , EVER!!. DAULAT KEBAWAH DULI TUAN PATIK!!..
He's doing great... but his late brother Prince Jefri was doing WELL! You want talk about a wise ruler who is in possession of great wealth.. talk about the Sultan... You want to talk about a guy who was BALLIN' during GOOD TIMES.. gotta talk Jefri!!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uLmoLeCN36c.html
@fahvm4362 Every country got their own “2035 vision(brunei)” and country like brunei is amongst youngest(ASEAN) gaining their independent 39 years ago. Never seen any country so called modern just less than 10-20 years and quotes me wrong that even the “rome isn’t built just overnight”. Brunei just got their own vision and a lot of modern access here as well such as free from homeless/beggar, highway tol. BFI industry, hydrogen, methanol? USD1.3 billion SOAS seabridge and all that amazingly fully 100% funded by brunei own and most importantly, brunei is a non-borrowing/ debts from foreign creditor what made brunei world “underrated”. Brunei isn’t like others and most definitely best define of the country “just don’t get broke, just to make you look rich”
The Sultan of Brunei was born to be a King.🌹❤️ He is leading a life of luxury. Most importantly, he has been able to place his country on the international stage as the most beautiful place as a tourist destination and an attractive environment for foreign indirect investment.
You should do a Video on the Romanov family dynasty because they were the richest royal family for a long time. Want to see all the luxury and wealth of the family.
Everyone will live a luxury life if someone can use the wealth of the nation as his/her personal wealth .. Gulf countries are some other expamle where the ruler Amir's use the national wealth as their personal wealth ..
At time 6:58 again, He wrongly mention His 1st wife ; Hajah Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah. This is the name of his Daughter. and the picture he used is wrong again, that was the picture of his second wife. The correct name of sultan's 1st Wife is Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha. My God !!! this is embarassing.
The irony of life. Nobody can live forever. The end for human is the same - to the grave. Death does not respect your status and wealth means nothing to death. Of course we all dream of good life but if wealth made us fearful of death, it doesn't seem to be a good life to me. I want to be rich and not being afraid of death or my security
