Lets be honest, they probably are. It depends on which lens you see it through. I’d rather have a positive lens and be exposed to positive things vs what we get fed in the west

Words make sense. I was just back from Dubai last month and planning to relocate there. But that quite sucks that it's highly uncommon to pay monthly for the rent. they want 100-120K Dirhams upfront :(

Yeah most landlords prefer to get paid a year up front. So as long as you can save that amount up you're good

Been here over 3 weeks & what he’s saying is 1000% true. I noticed it as soon as I got here on my yahoo page - all positive news. Also don’t watch/read the news, try it for some time & you will see that you have a complete mindset shift. 🤓 I’ve been to every place he spoke about including Denmark & Charlotte USA too 😅 If u go to Denmark u will see a mermaid 🧜‍♀️ 😁
