How These New Homebuyer Rules Will Affect Buyers 

Update: Now it's starting August 1st (at least in my area).
Starting August 1st, REALTORS® must have a Buyer Agency Agreement with a buyer before showing a property. This is a nationwide change. This is not the most exciting video, but it has some important information to consider when buying a home in North Carolina.
