Have you heard of the software Ebsynth? I tried to use that and it tracked eyes pretty well. I just edited one frame in Photoshop with the eye glow and it rendered and rotoscoped the eyes for the rest of the frames. The downside is it disappears after a blink so that frame would have to be edited again

I would love to know the effect between 3.28 - 3.32 (and in some more places too). it's like liquified pixels? looks really good! do you have a guess how they did it?
