Despite this movie being a box-office bomb, the movie did gather a cult following and do well with critics and audiences alike. Even Ted Turner loved it so much.
forcing another "A land before time" sequel down our throats was at that time a sport for them xD i was so happy watching this movie it was such a air of change and release i couldn't take another small foot sugar coated cyanide pill xD coincidentally that day was the first time i also watched the indian in the cupboard it was a pretty good christmas day and one that was never topped
This film was such a departure from what the studio had gotten used to putting out. What a treat this film was. Then Warner went right back to what they did best. Putting out sub par animatied movies
@@AnimatorTalk back then I hoped they would make more animations akin to the iron giant' I was bored with the rehashed recycled storytelling that's why I loved this movie so much, it stood out' from the rest the indian from the cupboard was also different from that point of view' concept of a kid being seen as a supreme being but being revealed to be just a child' who needed guidance was great These movies are on my top ten movie list and I always recommend them to people to give it a try :)
