Wow!!! 128 years? Amazing!!! Looks so yummy bread. Can’t believe that there is a store existing that long. Thank you for Sharing it!!! God bless you!!!
Ernest sounds so humble, if his predecessors were as humble, it's no wonder Ferrara's has lasted that long. All their products look really delicious, hope to try everything specially the cannoli someday.
Was there in July and the cannoli was perfect! I was just looking for a recipe for any cream filling and now I can attempt to recreate that masterpiece.
In the USA they made cannoli with the cow milk ricotta, the traditional Sicilian recipe is with sheep milk ricotta, so they didn't just choose chocolate chips instead of pistachios but also a different kind of ricotta.

I need to make some! You make the best! I’m in Florida now and unable to shop in little Italy. Don’t know when I’ll be able to make it to New York since I’m suffering with cancer! Do you ship?
I brought 36 cannoli to a party at my sister's house. Out of eight people only two ate and finished the cannoli. The kids thought it was gross. Absolute sacrilege. I took the rest of the cannoli home and enjoyed them with friends.
