Great presentation that confirms allot of what we already do. The real beauty if giving us different words that we can use with the crew. If one word doesn't work, maybe another will resonate with them. THANKS

Great video, I am currently in a first years eight and this reinforces what my coaches are currently teaching us. i was wondering if you could cover how zeidler and ntouskos lost to lennart van lierop at the 2023 european rowing championships, zeidler is such a strong guy but he did not increase his rate even as he started getting behind, why?

Lots of novice crew memories being ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED during the recovery just praying the boat magically sets itself. Anyways, would love to send some footage as well for review. Where could I send that to?
