@@NortyNekothey’ll bait and then act good when they sell every round because they do nothing but hide in a random spot. They might get picks but they do nothing to stop them from progressing in the round. I’ve seen it so many times since I started solo queuing again.

Props to secret, this is no different then when lion was broken and every team centered their pushes with the intent of them moving during a lion scan or stand still for an easy kill during a lion scan. The only ones to blame are the devs for how broken shields are, they act like oryx is a counter, or the guard break is highly advantageous when that is so far from the case.
@@goonklin2153 They def wont revert it, the whole point was to make them better and more viable, a few smaller nerfs would be fine but their pick rate and win rate is still very below average, they aren't a problem in the vast majority of matches even in the higher ranks.
if shields didn't have melee priority most of the issues with them would be solved instantly That's the main thing that annoys me before the rework I could confidently take a gun fight with my back to a monty who's literally touching me 180 when I hear the unexpended shield and then melee to guard break I can't do that anymore which fuckin suck I do think shield could be fine if say melee only does like 30 dmg if they really wanna keep the priority or maybe less tbh Forced monty to expose himself if he wanted to kill someone or forces monty to let a teammate get the kills instead this way a 1v1 against a monty isn't favourable for the monty unless plant is down
