I think you're under-appreciating the effect of government policies on your position; first off, thanks to Biden, you need not worry about whether a male or female would be more trustworthy, since men can now become women and vice-versa with ease. According to Elon Musk", Since I’ve been asked a lot: I will always advise, we buy stock in several companies that make products & services that *you* believe in. Only sell if you think their products & services are trending worse. Don’t panic when the market does. This will serve you well in the long-term.
My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless
