25 years waiting for his guide dog!!! Unbelievable!!! Unconscionable!!! Thank you, Cesar, for bringing awareness on this plight through your popular platform.
Thank you, Cesar, Andre, Congressman McGovern and Mr. Russman, for showcasing this incredibly important and much-needed service, and for bringing it to such a valuable and often overlooked section of our population. After seeing the promotional video for K9s For Warriors a few times, I finally was able to donate. I'm SO excited that there's another organization providing guide dogs for our veterans. I plan on donating to this worthy cause, and I thank ALL the veterans for their service. ❤❤❤
The wait list is not that long. It's been at least 25 years since his injury. It's usually a very long journey to recovery, which includes taking classes to use the cane (a prerequisite to apply for a dog).
What a wonderful thing for this veteran to finally have his 'eyes' again with this magnificent German Shepherd, watching him with his new best friend brought tears to my eyes.
This is such a beautiful story. I would love to meet Cesar and learn from him. I have 3 dogs, 2 chihuahua mixes, and a pitbull. The pit is super sweet and has learned bad habits from my other two who bully her. I have struggled with anxiety and depression disorders my entire life. I wish he could help me train them because they are capable of learning.
Wonderful so happy for that veteran.A whole new world had opened up for him.I have a friend with a guide dog so good to see him out and about with his special friend who gets him where he needs to be and so efficiently.❤️🐶
After all the out of control dogs on this show, it's wonderful to see what a balanced well trained dog is capable of, they truly deserve much more respect and understanding from us humans.xx
WHAT A WONDERFUL STORY . .THE UNION OF THIS BOND BTWEEN THE VETERAN + THE GUIDE DOG IS INCREDIBLE. IT IS ALSO GOOD THAT CESAR+ HIS SON SAW, LEARNED BOUT GUIDE DOGS A BIT.
Хорошее видео, Цезарь с командой молодцы, спасибо людям тренирующим собак поводырей без которых людям с ограниченными возможностями очень сложно обходится.
Hi Cesar, thank you for your excellent programs. I would like it if you could help some clients choosing a dog in a shelter. You could talk about energy and body language and I believe it could help me and other people choose better our next dog. Thank you
I always was impressed with the work you do. I never thought I would need help with my dog.Mr Joe( my Great Dane) suddenly choose to walk only with me. We did try to change his routine, like take him for a walk at a different time, used back door instead of front one,dog treats. Nothing seems to be working. He would not go, unless I go. Please, help me with advice. How to switch his behavior back to normal as it was before. Thank you!
I had this type of German shepherds, the light one here was similar to my Fred and the dark one looked like Luke Skywalker, except that Luke Skywalker was bigger again, it was a really big dog❤❤❤😊😊😊
He should have a military pension with a high disability element, and possibly other benefits from the government, too. Here in the UK, the guide dog organisation pays all the expenses, including food and veterinary care, for the dog they provide to a blind person, but I don't know if that happens in the USA.
