Same. I also found the front zip kind of digs into the front of my ankle when I walk. So I just pulled it off and now I got regular docs. I can live with that. Now if I can figure out the squeaky issue

I sold them ! I’m not into keeping expensive shoes that are not true to size and not comfy 😞

Hi Valeria, that doubt I had until I tried two different sizes of this particular model. At first I asked for a 37 and they are fair and when walking they hurt me, so I had to ask for a 38, they are a little bigger but it is fair to wear a fat sock so that they do not hurt you, because all martens have that fame: ) and that's the size I usually wear. But my advice is, if you have the possibility to try two sizes in a physical store, it would be the best option for you. Also, keep in mind that it is a fairly large shoe and has some weight.

My first pair dr Martens( basic 8 holes) had half an insole, you have to add an insole on top of it yourself , dr Martens or another brand doesnt matter

Don't worry, that's normal with Dr. martens, you'll need to break them in by wearing them. You should just don't wear them that long at first and wear 2 pair of socks. There are also some videos on the Internet that are helping with breaking them in.

basically the difference is the zipper. Jadons have a side zipper and Sinclar in front and apart this zipper can be removed and used the laces
