When I try it by press F11 it doesnt send me to that screen , it just gives me 3 options and none are the reset factory setting

this doesnt work for me when it loads the windows files it gets stuck and then a blue screen appears with all these words saying something like my computer has crashed that it might be due to programs not fully installed or not fully uninstalled something like that and it wont even let me boot up safe mode i always get the blue screen

Tap F11 on boot up, as he first said in the video lol. Then do what he says to do, from that.
