after playing adc since s5, i have finally fun at league again because your videos are making it easy to transition to midlane for me. Please keep it up! (and sadly i never catch you live on twitch)
Millions of people have fun with league, it's the cry babies on Reddit that complain about it all the time that makes people think the game isn't fun. it's just game, people shouldn't be so mad about it
Check xPetu (the Shen main ; now training jax) -> he is always having fun and do high quality content like Shok (but way less regularily and a bit less "dense") but overall for the fun, he is great :)
what do you think about future market and boots runes, in some matchups i feel like they save u so much money/time and u get item tresholds before big objective fights and skirmishes sometimes u even get better bases in the early game especially if u get forced out of lane by the jungler. To me it feels like its massively underrated especially if ur team is behind and ur strugglin to acquire resources on the map. love the content cheers
imo future's market is pretty good, but it does mean you're gonna have less max mana from biscuits (although it probably is better than demat on jayce). Magic boots is good if you don't need movespeed in your matchup early, so basically just not against skillshot champions
hey shok, do you know how to deal with roaming mids as a late game champ like azir? i had a game where galio perma roamed and i wasnt able to do anything because i cant match, even when i was trading for waves and plates my team mental boomed and ffed. is this just a bad matchup?
Normally you should be able to beat them hard enough 1v1 that they can't perma roam, obviously there are some exceptions but I think HoB Azir should be able to pressure his HP hard enough that if he does want to roam he has to trade a lot of health per wave to do it. You definitely can't match the roams so it all comes down to just how well you can play the lane/get push
two questions: 1. do you think you could play more melee assassins in videos such as yone, naafiri, talon, akali etc vs mages? 2. is there any way you could potentially make longer styles of videos such as unranked to masters / gm / challenger on a particular champion? i think that'd be really great for showcasing consistency on a champion alongside dealing with matchups and playstyle in different elos etc
I have been looking for akali/yone angles, I don't think talon/naafiri are very good in high elo atm (plus I don't even play talon) I probably am going to do unranked to master focusing on specific fundamentals, or maybe a class of champions? But I don't think I'd do it with just one champion
