This is what was stopping me the whole time. Everyone just says just catch with your front foot but never talk about how to land the back foot on it again after popping like a real man instead of that dangle foot shit

Literally ZERO people have said to put the back foot in the pocket of the tail... I have a copy of the first magazine i owned...TWS september 1998...Josh Kalis has a 360 flip trick tip...and it reads pretty much what you say here LIKE ALL TRICK TIPS! =] cheers and good form

My scoop, board rotation, body allignment is all perfect, except one thing, I have a problem to lift my back foot in the air for long enough to get it over the board. I basically cannot understand how one meant to have energy to jump after spending that energy on the scoop. Any tips?
