My phone didn’t fit actually, using an iphone 12 max pro with the size i printed in. 😢 but i keep it on shelf as a display

@@Faramine I saw that they actually having sizing guides for larger phones now. For your 12 pro max it would need to be printed at 115%. I am printing it at standard size as I have a spare android phone that will fit.

Newegg also has some affordable 3D printers. Got a XYZ DaVinci 1.0A for $350 back in April.

***** Oh I love mine, some of the intricate prints you have to get inventive with as far as the slicer (which is the real issue). Rule I found out is that with the DaVinci/XYZware the more infill you use, the better the prints turn out. 30% seems a minimum for decent stuff.

It's kinda a personal choice on this one. Personally HAVING the Fallout 4 model is pretty badass and is much larger and more substantial (at least in appearances) than the one we see them make, however it's cool someone modeled it up so people can have one since there are only so many of the limited edition ones. Personally though what I want even though I have the fallout 4 one is the fallout 76 build your own they made, that thing is the shit

Naja "Teuer" sind sie eigentlich gar nicht. Für einige Einkommensschichten aber einfach Unerschwinglich. :( Ein Supersportwagen für 5000 Euro ist sicherlich auch "geschenkt". Nützt aber natürlich nix, wenn man sich sowas dennoch nicht leisten kann. Ich hätte auch liebend gerne son Teil, aber Finanziell eben unerreichbar. :( Die Möglichkeiten, so unendlich. Aber hey, wer weiß wie günstig die mal werden? Mein erster Farb-Tintenstrahldrucker (HP 500) hat seinerzeit auch 1200 DM (ca. 600 Euro) gekostet. Mein jetziger (Canon iP 4950) gerade mal um die 150 Euro glaub ich. also ca. ein viertel!! Und die Druckergebnisse waren beim HP im Vergleich unterirdisch. :D

I've been on the fence about printing this specific model for awhile (so many pieces) but after seeing your video, I'm currently printing out the 108 scaled version and using my old android phone in it. Also a big tip, if you didn't score the pip boy app back before it left the store, you can still get and install the apk from the internet if you're on android

saw your video and decided to print one myself and i can see why you dont sell them, 1 its some other guys design and 2, they are a fair bit of work and it does take time to paint and everything and put all the parts together not to mention all the printing hours! but mine is coming along very nicely and i will have to use black cardboard like you guys did as my phone does not fit correctly. but thanks guys for inspiring me to go ahead and print this thing because its going to be awsome!

Kinda curious tho, it's really expensive to get acetone in my place, but why would you guys use the homemade glue instead of using epoxy?

Wow, really? We can buy Acetone for a couple of bucks in every hardware store. O_o I also know people that use superglue for 3D prints but this ABS slushy we use really melts the material together so I definitely prefer this one.

Can you print this out of PLA? The website says to do ABS but i don't have access to that material. Would PLA be too brittle?

+Klette the Cosplayer Einfach mal in der näheren Umgebung nach einem Hackerspace oder Makerspace suchen! :) Die haben meist einen oder mehrere 3D-Drucker, die man problemlos nutzen kann.
