It's normal if when I do so much swing I fell down? I can't do this kick more higher because the spin what should I do?

If I could see you do the kick I would be able to give you better feed back. But from what I read is that you are swinging your leg too hard over and downwards. Try to swing over and parallel from the ground so you can stay in the air longer. Also, the first spin when you lift off the ground is super important to master for your height of your 540 kick. Practice that part first 👍

I practice this tutorial over and over for a month and finally i fell on the ground with my pity mouth. However after what happen to me i repeat this and then finally thanks God i fell on the Ground again and again with my pity Mouth. But one day i did the same pattern and look ! My Mouth is shatterd but i already learn this thank you. So therefore i conclude the more you fell on the Ground the more damage your Mouth have but you can learn this if you want. Again thank you.

Yesterday I did finally my first 540 hook kick. It was sloppy, more like inside-out crescent kick, but at least I kicked the target my head level and landed properly. The swing tip works, Master Chong! Now I need to figure out how to bring non-kicking leg into a jack-knife motion to make that hook in the end. I think your advises work well, sir. Although we need to be patient and train hard: two weeks for me to come where I am right now. :+1

I admit that I have realized that the first spin on a ground is the most important part: spin, spot and only after that bring the knee and jump using hands. And only now being in the air you are ready for the second spin hugging your body. But I lost with legs at this moment. :-) Keep her steady, Master Chong! Hope you enjoy our feedback over here

Wait, in the 540 kick you spin counter clockwise, this video you spin clockwise. Do you have to stick to 1 side of the spin? Im just starting out.

Great question!! No you can do both sides! It's easier to do a side that your most comfortable first. For me it was my right leg hook kick. However, I tried so I can do it on the other side as well!

Hey master chong, you have any tips for the hook part? (I can already spin hook well) I can do the spin really well, and i even do the whole trick with a k step instead of a cheat step to get more vert. But i can't seem to get my hook high, the vert and the spin is there i just cant seem to kick.

Thanks for the comment! Try to imagine to lean down with your upper body when throwing the hook kick. It's hard to do a high hook kick while your body is upright. Hope that helps!
