Are you getting any messages if you are run `ipconfig` command in your terminal ? suppose if you are getting any messages please search it on internet then you can find the solution.

@@raheemsview Thanks i fund a work around. Shopify CLI allows for a preview link that works on mobile. A lot of refreshing but it should work in a pinch.

Yes you can connect to your phone hotspot also, make sure your pc and phone connect with same network. otherwise you wont able to access your local dev environment

I disable the firewall on my computer and after that the error is fixed.
