When you are into dealer mode, you can turn knob 3 clicks to right, 7 clicks to left, 7 clicks to right, 1 click to left, and press auto for ~5 seconds to hack deeper into accounting mode. There you can mark your car as paid off - no more monthly car payments!
What’s funny is that you probably do need that stuff, but you think you know better and push it past all the preventative maintenance. Then when something in the engine or transmission actually fails most wonder why. Time and time again I’ve seen it thousands of times. And when it ended up in my heavy line bay the cost was going to be expensive 🙃
@jerrithb7323 I just do my own maintenance. I don't pay the dealer. I also have Toyota and Honda vehicles. 210,000 on the Toyota, 300,000 on the Honda. 50,000 on my BMW motorcycle. Lol.
Did this to my car and the car sent out a call to 911 and reported itself as stolen. Now I am stuck trying to explain to the courts that I saw this on RU-vid.
I hate electric cars. A band-aid to solution that should be dealt in a different way. The fact that most American drivers can't afford one of those is also one of my issues. Hydrogen.... Cheers.
My friend was helping me load my car, and was waiting impatiently for me to unlock the doors... I'm like... there is no fob, you'll have to wait for me to get there with the key, lol
If anyone needs it I can get you a really good price on blinker fluid and headlight gas. Sometimes they'll even throw in an extra bottle of oil for your horn with purchase. 😜

I did this on my unmentioned model and the front and Rear windshield wipers came one cleaned my window and gave me a whole new objective perspective of reality of all the images I was looking at for the front and the back window all at the same time Turns out I was looking at thing through a dirty window the whole time.. Thanks I'm living life like a boss now. #bossmode
Those dealerships are something else. I'm pretty sure this one dealership is still trying to contact me. What cracks me up, tho is its for a car that I haven't had for 10 years.😂😂
It's funny mine had scheduled breakdown dates. Then it said please remain where I was. About 2 minutes later I could here helos coming from the north and west. I booked it into the woods to a cave I found as a kid. When all the excitement died down I went back and my car was crushed into a 3x3 cube.
as a tech who has to deal with some uconnect controlled vehicles from time to time... just love what happens when you replace their dual battery setup... a full disconnect will shut down reverse camera and tilt mirrors in curb mode for days till uconnect configures itself on it's own... and if it's cloudy crap weather won't connect at all till clear
You clearly don’t work at a Stellantis dealership do you⁉️ • I work on those daily, a proxy alignment & or restore vehicle configuration is sometimes required after a full battery disconnect, that is accomplished with a MPD & a laptop connected to dealer connect. • It never takes days to recover functionality when you follow the manufacturer instructions unless there is an underlying issue that requires diagnosing
I now have “Trunk Monkey” for free! Wow what a great option. Had a flat tire the other day and out just the little guy with tire and Jack in hand! Changed the tire out in no time flat! Only problem is, when I get groceries I can’t leave any bananas back there. 😮

I did this and woke up in a pod with a machine staring at me. A bunch of tubes popped off of my body, and something came out of the back of my head. I got flushed down a drain. I had to snitch on some dude named Neo so they would reinsert my body back in the pod. Now that I'm back... don't do this! 😮😮😮
Fun fact: A lot of cars from that era had that 'feature.' Or one similar to it. For places where the cars were available to import, but for some odd reason they were unable to get their paws on the OBD scanner. Or maybe it was because the vehicles were exported to countries that mandated the ability to diagnose vehicle without a computer. One of those 2 things. It's been 10 years since I had to fiddle with any of that, and I do not miss it.
thank u my dealer popped out the trunk and set up shop right in my garage selling awesome stuff to the neighborhood people, even had few weird peeps didnt reconize show up by stuff and thje neighbor said they was there to help the dealer tweak his sales so hey kool mode
And for the 12in screen people, touch left and right bottom corners of the screen without pushing a app and hold it. Dealer mode, there's a lot of information in there you might want to look at.
@@mattb8608Could be cool settings like how your doors lock, or how your key fob works, i.e. will it honk the horn when u hit the lock button or not, etc. You should try it.. Of course every car is different.
Actually a chevy cruize infotainment has this as well, but you have to tap the top right corner of the screen 10 times in under 5 seconds and it takes you into developer mode
Throw shade on a college degree to your hearts content. It is life changing for some, and think about it this way. If a person has skills in the trades and gets a degree, what and who exactly is it hurting? Making fun of a college degree says more about that person, than a person with a degree and never a uses it in a job. Just something to think about
when i was a kid we used to listen to the radio in my dads dodge. i figured how to play the radio without a key. turn on the emergency flashers, turn signal & depress the brake.
For anyone wondering, Usually the biggest feature of dealer mode is the ability to temporarily limit the speed so it can be moved but not used yet, now whatever other info it shows is less standard
You know when I last had a rental bc a tree fell on my car, the dude hooked it up with a challenger for free, but he said to be careful plugging your phone into the car bc people were taking the rental cars and downloading all the info from peoples phones bc I guess the car saves a bunch of info. Not sure what they’d do with it etc but its crazy how much data the cars collect/store now
