I wish I had known about this 3 years ago lol I never took any form of birth control in my life because the first time i was intimate was with my husband at 32 years but he told me he can’t have kids and I believe that but I immediately got pregnant when we weren’t ready because I thought there is no way since he was married before and was with his ex for 10 years all together. Even though I am so blessed to have my child but I wish I had this knowledge then. I will never use any form of birth control so this is awesome. I downloaded the app and purchased the strips and the thermometer the other day.

Beautifully explained, it’s also important to study the user guide for the kits in case one buys a different brand from Nosa girl’s👍 in that case the dip time and read time might differ.
