hey man do you have any tips for procrastination? i'm taking my exam sept 7th, i wanna get a 520+ but i just havent been able to get ANY work done these past few weeks mannn

Hey there, ya I have some tips I personally use. So I do a lot of visualization of the goal I have in mind and the more I do that the more motivated I get. And if that doesn't do it a video by Goggins or other people promoting work hard stop making excuses gets me in the zone. In the end, its remembering why ur working for this goal and feeling that necessity for the 520+ goal you have and making it a must to achieve, and that you will achieve it! having that mindset automatically fires you up when you truly believe it, I'm fired up as I type this haha
